Where medically indicated, the physician writes a prescription. The original paper narcotics prescription goes by post to the pharmacy you choose.

Follow-up appointments also take place by video or in person, with the same physician.

- The Kantonale Heilmittelkontrolle Zürich, the canton's office for medicines and narcotics, is responsible for Uster as well.
