Care while you are in Switzerland

You do not need a Swiss residence permit. What matters is that you are physically in Switzerland at every consultation and collect any medication in person at a Swiss pharmacy.

How it works

  1. 01

    Book the guest consultation

A video appointment during your stay. CHF 149 for the consultation plus a one-time guest onboarding of CHF 49 for consent, pharmacy coordination and support: CHF 198 in total.

  2. 02

    Medical consultation

Our physician reviews your history and current medication. Where medically indicated, she defines a treatment plan for the duration of your stay, for at most 30 days.

  3. 03

    Collection at a Swiss pharmacy

Personal collection with your ID at a licensed Swiss pharmacy. Medication is billed separately by the pharmacy. Nothing is shipped abroad.

Travelling home

Destination in the Schengen area

Where medically indicated, the physician can issue a Schengen certificate (Art. 75 of the Schengen Implementing Convention), authenticated by the pharmacy, for up to 30 days of medication. CHF 50 per destination country. Please tell us your travel date at least two weeks before departure. Whether import is permitted is decided by the authorities of the destination country.

Destination outside the Schengen area

For the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and all other countries outside the Schengen area we do not issue travel documentation and cannot advise on foreign law. Please check the rules of your destination yourself before you travel. Any remaining medication goes back to the pharmacy before you leave.

Good to know

  • There is no entitlement to a prescription. The physician decides on the basis of the medical assessment.
  • Starting a new treatment usually needs a stay of around four weeks. The physician decides in each case.
  • A follow-up consultation costs CHF 149 if your stay and treatment call for it.
  • All services are self-pay.
