Data Collection
We collect minimal data (name, email) for guide delivery, contact requests and appointment booking. Medical data is handled securely during consultations and is protected by Swiss medical confidentiality.
Third-Party Services
- Hosting: Vercel Inc. hosts this website; server functions run in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Appointment booking: Calendly, for booking the free information call.
- Email: Google Workspace.
- Email delivery and forms: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) sends our emails. Contact requests reach our inbox through it. Guide requests are stored as a Brevo contact so we can send the guide and a few educational emails you agree to when requesting it; every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4, loaded only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner. IP addresses are anonymised.
Your Rights
You can request data access, correction, or deletion at any time. You can opt out of communications anytime.
