Sion is the chef-lieu of Valais (Art. 27 of the cantonal constitution), a canton whose constitution makes French and German its national languages (Art. 12). German-speaking patients from Valais can have their appointments with us in German, while French-speaking patients have theirs in English; Russian is possible as well. The information call is also available in Italian, with the language of the consultation agreed before the appointment. Each consultation is a video call with the same physician, wherever in Valais you live.

The consultation with our physician takes place by video, with no travel. If you prefer to come in person, the appointment is also possible by arrangement at our practice in Zurich or Liestal.

Where medically indicated, the physician writes a prescription. The original paper narcotics prescription goes by post to the pharmacy you choose.

Follow-up appointments also take place by video or in person, with the same physician.
