Telemedicine · Neuchâtel

The canton of Neuchâtel has French as its official language (Art. 4 of the cantonal constitution). We do not hold appointments in French, so French-speaking patients from Neuchâtel have the information call and the consultation in English; German and Russian are the other options. Italian can be used for the information call, and the language of the consultation is then agreed before the appointment. The consultations are held by video, always with the same physician, and you can have them without leaving the canton.

Our physician Oxana Smagulova decides individually in the consultation whether treatment with medical cannabis is medically indicated.

Common questions

  • Can patients from La Chaux-de-Fonds or Le Locle book too?

Yes. The consultation takes place by video, so the town you live in within the canton does not matter.

  • Why are the appointments in English rather than French?

French is not among our appointment languages. English takes its place for French-speaking patients.
