Follow-up appointments also take place by video or in person, with the same physician.

- Visitors without residence in Switzerland, for example on holiday in the Locarno region, can book through a separate guest programme; the consultation takes place during their stay.

Do I have to travel to Zurich for the consultation?
No. Consultations take place by video; if you would rather come in person, an appointment at our practice in Zurich or Liestal can be arranged.
Does the pharmacy have to be in Locarno?
No, the choice is yours (Art. 26 HMG): a pharmacy in Locarno, elsewhere in Ticino or in another canton.
