Common Questions
Is medical cannabis legal in Switzerland?
Yes. Since 1 August 2022, any licensed Swiss doctor can prescribe it. No special authorisation needed. Products dispensed through regulated pharmacies under Swissmedic oversight.
How does the process work?
Book a free 10-minute information call. If you decide to continue, we arrange a video consultation (CHF 149 private or via insurance). The physician documents the assessment and, where medically indicated, defines the further course of treatment.
How much does it cost?
Initial consultation: CHF 149. Follow-up consultation: CHF 149. Annual plan: CHF 499. Coverage is decided case by case by your insurer; we provide the documentation.
How is my treatment monitored?
Documented treatment and scheduled online follow-ups. The same physician every time. All data under Swiss data protection law.
Will this affect my insurance or medical record?
Private consultations (CHF 149) are not reported to your insurer. Insurance-covered treatment is reported like any medical claim. All records protected by Swiss doctor-patient confidentiality.
How is this different from my GP?
You see the same licensed Swiss physician at every appointment, with scheduled online follow-ups and documented treatment.
